Sales

We have acquired expert knowledge of the Sales activity in the local areas over the past 10 years from working through the ups and downs.

For a market valuation, which include comparisons, realistic turnaround time, current market activity (including financial), recent sold prices on your street and appointments to suit your times (only conducted by the office manager) please try our no obligation service to help you decide the best for your property. We can also help with modernising or updating your property to achieve the maximum market impact.

Our database has a number of investors, developers and buyers (in uk as well as overseas) gathered through recommendations, that are waiting for the right property.

Lettings

We offer a more clear cut approach to renting your property. Written down pre-let offer letter, so landlords know exactly what kind of tenants they are getting and tenants know what is agreed before the application process starts. We change over utility bills (where possible) into tenants name as standard procedure. We can also help with cleaning, repairs or decorating needed to prepare your property for maximum rental income.

Initial Service – The first stage in Ashton Matthews Letting Service will commence with an initial visit to view the property, to agree a marketable rental value and to discuss the particular circumstances pertaining to the property and client. Unless otherwise stated, rents, quoted to a Tenant by us on your behalf, are inclusive of ground rent, and service charge. Utilities for fuel, oil or other, where independent systems exist are not included.

Marketing – Ashton Matthews have a consistent and constant supply of applicants, this enables us to inform a large number of prospective occupants of your vacancy immediately. We have many means of drawing applicants both through direct and indirect advertisements.

Viewing – Viewing are directly in your discretion, if you would like us to arrange appointments & then tell the clients to meet you directly at the property or we usually do everything from arranging the appointment and taking them to the property to view.

References – Once a prospective occupant shows interest in your property, we will then take a small sum to confirm their interest and provide a pre-let form with details of what is agreed. Then proceed to gather their references, which will include previous landlord, work and financial.
